you need to get an assembly manual it will show all of this
in answer to question yes to both. Fender welting is what is between
the cab and fender you can get it from a parts vendor.
The material that is between the inner fender and outer fender in felt
paper at about 30 lb. felt it is used in a couple of places on the truck
but you can get these gaskets from the parts vendor also
