Tom, to my knowledge ,the brackets are the same , short pump or long pump.
If you are mounting your pump on the drivers side. The p-s pump is driven off
of a single belt that runs off of the crankshaft. Air conditioning can add a
different selection of brackets, but the power steering pump remains in the
same spot. As far as the pump goes there are several different ones, but the
main difference is the hose locations. So if your hoses are in the right spot
and the proper thread size on the pressure hose you should be good to go.
Parts stores will sell power steering pumps with or without the reservoir on
the
pump. One thing to look out for is the harmonic balancer , not all brackets
will clear an 8 inch harmonic balancer. Learned that one the hard way. Bye,
