[oletrucks] any suggestions door pins

my doors on my 46 panel hang of course from over the years of use..I pulled
the pins and it seems like the top
hinge on the body has inlarge slighly...I'm not sure what to do here...Do I
drill them out to accept a little
larger pin...the pins it self doesn't seem to have any ware on them..I've
check jim carter parts book and I see
where they sell hinges...any help would be greatly appreciated...thank you in
advance...
