Thanks for all the replies I received on my Radiator question.
Of the four replies I received no one liked the new aluminum Radiators.
As a matter of fact they thought they were to costly and high maintenance.
Seems they tend to corrode and clog up with out frequent maintenance.
Alan recommended the Z-cool from Walker Radiator Works. So I called
Them this morning to check prices and it was a good thing I was sitting
down, just the Radiator
(Brass & Copper with Trans cooler) for my 55 TF was $ 832.00.
Then you need the 16 inch fan with relay etc. was $256.00.
Then there is the a/c condenser and so on. The next thing I new the guy is
telling
Me I 'am looking at about 1,250 plus or minus $50 and shipping.
So I guess I looking for some more input from you guys, please share with
me what you all have done.
Is their no one on the list with any good Aluminum Radiator experience?
Don't get me wrong I will spend the $832.00 if I have too and I do
appreciate Alan's suggestion.
But let me know what you guys think.
