[oletrucks] steering box seal

Does anyone know how to change the seal on the shaft that attaches to the 
steering column?

It looks like I should be able to unscrew, probably with some force, the 
locking ring and then unscrew the adjuster plug. However I have never done this 
before and nay help is appreciated. It is leaking around the steering shaft is 
why I am changing it.
