It's been many years since I was on this list working to restore my 53
Chevy pickup. I'm looking forward to current discussions. One thing I
would like to know about is switching the truck to a 12 volt sysytem. The
6 volt setup doesn't have enough energy for cold starts and bright lights.
What needs to be done toconvert to 12 volt.
