Speedo Error (Part II)

Hey Folks,

Just confirmed my suspicions. The odometer seems to be
reading correctly; at least it matches the reading in
a newish Accord over the same 6 mile commute. So the
odo works ok, but the speedo seems from 10 to 20 mph
high, depending on how fast one is actually going.

I did remove and lube the speedo head, to no avail.
Have any of you had and/or fixed this kind of problem?
