I assume you might be looking for the review of the Sprite Mk 1 that was
published in that issue of R & T. I tried my local library for a copy, but
their collection only went back to 1965. They did an inter-library search
for the article, it was located in a nearby city, and I received a photocopy
of the article about 2 weeks later.
