Brian

I am no expert on paint but it sounds like either to slow of a reducer
(thinner) or to humid where you are spraying or the metal was too cold
causing "blushing" but usually not this time of year. That's a winter
problem in an unheated paint area.
Never paint on a rainy day.
Never paint on a humid day.
Always use a water separator at the hose/paint gun connection.
