 For me, I guess the secret was to quit smoking before I had an LBC. I've been
smoke free for 7 years now. I have to say after taking care of my
father-in-law who is dying from emphysema and seeing what he goes through
everyday, I would never smoke again.

 I strongly suggest quitting long before it gets to that point.
