Quinton-Hazel part number QR290 tie-rod end is listed as 5/8" x 18 UNF.
As an aside, in the parts biz, a tie rod end is what attaches the steering
lever (on the knuckle) to the tie rod which (in this case)  attaches to the
rack. The term "ball joint" is confusing as it refers to a suspension
component not a steering part. Spridgets don't have "ball joints", they
have king pins instead.
