It is not really a performance carb, unlike the DCOE.

It is on the small side for even fast road use.

No-one has a good word to say about it.

Manifold choice is probably limited.

Anything (in my opinion) is better than Zenith-Strombergs.

If you get a DGV, take the time and trouble to get it jetted correctly (use a
rolling road) and you might live happily ever after - others tended not to.

Why not fit SUs in preference to a DGV

Just my tuppence worth.
