Listers,

I have two oil pressure/water temp guages. One is the original Smiths for
my '59 but the capillary tube has been broken off. The other works
perfectly but is a Jaeger from a later model car.

I understand that the internal workings are the same. Is it possible to
switch the faces? If so, how?

Second question: My tacho and speedo needles have some chips in them. Can
you get white paint to touch them up. Where? What is it called?

Third question, For all of you with old parts cars. Can anyone sell me an
original bakelite heater knob. I think that the heater knobs are the same
for Mk1 & 2 Sprite and Midget Mk1. It does not need to be perfect - Just
restorable.

I appreciate the help. These three things will net me a dash that is as
perfect as I can make it.

Thanks,
Herb
