Well,

I have my wire wheel axles sitting on the work bench waiting to be swapped
for the steel wheel axles in the shop right now.  Let me know were to look
for the numbers and I'll let you guys know the numbers on those.  These came
from a late 1275 Midget.

All of this busted axle conversation really makes me a little wary of
sticking those shorter axles into those steel wheel housings, but I know
that many of you have done this without any troubles.

BTW I got a used spring to last me until I can afford do the right thing and
rebuild everything back there.  I need to get the knock and oil leak (i.e.
bottom end if not the whole engine rebuild) done first, the I'll attack the
body.
