Don't want to burst any bubbles out there, but in my experience at 
least...they grow up, they leave, and then, THEY COME BACK!
Our two daughters 32 and 36 have each been back a couple of times.
The youngest came back last June and I had to convert the garage to a room 
for her.
The good news is, she brought her children, grandson 8 and grandaughter 4.  I 
enjoy just about evey minute of them...and it's keeping us young.
