Charles, You ought to take it anyway. I found a Mk. 1 3000 in a junkyard
that had been in a garage fire with the body totally wasted. They were going
to bale it, so I gave $50 for it [they thought I was nuts], took it home and
parted it out. I ran an ad in Hemmings and sold parts all over North
America. It was way beyond restoration also but a lot of people are getting
to make use of the parts that were on their way to being rebar or fence
posts or something.   Jim K.
