Hi John,

I think that you will be a lot better off replacing it if it is cracked,
than trying to repair it.  You said you couldn't find the crack, but
someone else saw it.  Make sure it is a crack and not an exhaust gasket
or something simpler.

I have used manifolds for sale, and some other listers may have one for
free, and they will all willingly give you tons and tons of good advice
on how to replace it.  From stuffing a cat in the crack to JB Weld or
even Texas hot sauce!
