Good evening list:

Among the numerous irritations afflicting my starter system, I noticed that
the insulation and plastic/rubber connector on the wire that joins the
starter and solenoid have melted, on the solenoid side. It looks as though
the wrong sort of cable and connector setup was installed by the DDPO, since
it appears relatively new. What is the correct sort of cable to replace it
with? What sort of ends should be on both sides, and what is the optimum
length, guage, etc?

Also, I saw a green Morris Minor cruising through the North end of
Montclair, NJ earlier today. Looked like it was in a nice original
condition, as opposed to a recent restoration. Anybody we know?

Regards,

Charles
