I had a good experience with a HIF6 on my 1380. Worked well.
I ended up ditching it when I up'd the spec on the engine from hot road to
race/rally
(266 cam to about 296, longman GT6 head to full race head, now with weber).
If I was sticking with the hot road setup (maybe up to say 286 cam, then I'd
see no
reason to change from the HIF6)
