I am not positive (and will be corrected I'm sure if wrong) but I think
Dunlop supplied all the spridget tires. Early bias ply were 520 x 13
Dunlop Gold Seals
Later were 145R x 13 R being Radial and nor SR being Steel Radial.
At least thru 1973, after that they may have gone to Michelins.
