I found 155 rs 13 made by Cooper to be a fairly close match to the
original 145 r13 Continental.
They are a scouch taller but  wider, gives a good foot print and the
Midget handles well. They fit well. Pirrelli is suppose to make a 165 r
13 with an aspect ratio so that you get the same height as 145 but much
wider I think they just fit without rubbing. You could always go with
Minilite wheels and get a real low profile
