Hmmmm........ I guess it's all a matter of perspective. I've been cold since
the end of October, and the temperature has never dropped below freezing in
that time. The only time I'm warm outside is on the dry days when I can
blast around in the little green car with the pretend heater on full, the
fleece blanket over my knees, and the scarves, jackets, gloves, etc covering
the rest. Eventually, I'll have to move to a land of endless summer.

BTW, all this talk about wind chill makes me think there should be a rain
chill factor for those of us here on the we(s)t coast. My experience is that
wet skin is colder......
