The original owners manual was written in England, just like you think that
65 is cold, that would be a heat wave over there.  If your gauge is correct
195 is about right.  With the 7 psi cap the car will tell you when it is to
hot.

ps  It got up to 64 in Reno yesterday "we are having a heat wave"
