The other book covering much the same territory is Anders Ditlev Clausager's
"Sprites & Midgets" at $32.95 (Britbooks #MG242) published by Crowood. ISBN 1
85223 509 8. Color and B&W photos. Anders wrote the MGT, MGA and MGB books
in the Bayview Original Series.
