i wouldn't  reccommend bondo or any of the plastic fillers that use a 
hardener. the hardener is an oxidizer and you know what metal does when it 
oxidizes, and we have to deal with enough of that already. if you do use one 
use as little hardener as possible ( longer dry time) and treat the bare 
metal with some metal prep before appling.
