Bondo is also much like a sponge-it absorbs water. Big Big mistake made by
some otherwise knowledgeable body men is to wet sand bondo, then seal it with
paint. This traps the absorbed moisture in the bondo where it can do its
dirty work on what is left of the metal. Bondo is great stuff--just dry
sand it and paint it ASAP.
