  Not likely possible, because manufacturers "tune" the handling
by specifying different tire pressures. Much like a racing team will
make 1psi changes then do laps with tire pyrometers, so will the
company specify the pressures that make the handling what they
want it to be to sell the car.

  Best advice would be to start with what the manual says, and
if you have different tires than they did (ie: radials, +10mm)
work from there using the handling as your guide. (or a pyrometer
if you are just made of money)
