I used MM's roller TO bearing in my ribcase before I did the 5-speed 
conversion. 
I only put about 1500 miles on it, but it seemed to work fine for me. I was 
alittle concerned about the fact that the carrier is made out of a 'plastic' 
material, but I also talked to the folks at Winner's Circle, and they said they 
used the same type, and they never had any problems with it.
