I have done some serious thought on this.
It would have to be widened too.
Joe Meccia and I even took measurements and talked to a canvas shop
about a top for the thing.
We agreed on a 4 door, dual cowl wide body Sprite.
The next pair of parts cars we come across may become "The Jersey Devil"
But we are in no rush to waste a pair of Sprites either. Maybe during
our retirement years.

As for fitting 2 halfs to make one car, Joe has grafted a bugeye rear
end to a rubber bumpered Midget.
I do have a picture if anyone wants to see it. It is a bugeye with roll
up windows. PIECES II as we are calling it. It will be finished real
soon, just waiting on 5 speed kit (which he may have by now) It will be
touring the Jersey area next season for sure. I am bugging him to have
it ready for Kevins Rally.
