Seems like Tim wrote that he is getting 40-50 lbs/0" while running 
through the gears. At idle he is getting +-20 lbs/0". I _think_ that 
the ' /0" ' means 'per square inch" but I could be wrong. I.e., this 
may be another instance of one computer mangling another computer's 
special character font set.
