Donald,

Give some penetrant (see previous posts last week for recommenations) some
time to work. On the fulcrum pin at the king pin, you must drive out the
tapered cotter pin from the underside of the kingpin before you can unscrew
the fulcrum pin. Use a brass hammer or drift otherwise you will mangle or
break the pin and it will never come out. A soft piece of metal between the
pin and a hammer works too.
