1 Oct, Location; New Castle's Battery Park on the Delaware river,
entrance at 3rd Street and South Street. Registration; $10.00
prior to 15 Sept(includes a free T-shirt), $15 thereafter. Flyer
says car registration table will be open from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
