Seen both types.  Some Minors have the pressed steel plate, whilst others
have the cast iron plate.  Both can be used on the late 1098 engine without
problems.  No real difference that I can see.  Bent clutch fork?  Worn pivot
bolt/bush?  Wrong clutch bearing?(long one when your engine might[?] want
the shorter one)
