Yes, you can do steering and suspension at different times. I would suspect the
bushings in the A-arms, the steering rack might be moving in the mounts, or the
tie rod ends are shot. There's something very loose! Check the spindle fit in
its bushings. The trunnion bushing at the top of the spindle may be loose.
