You might try Andover Automotive (http://www.andoauto.com/) - I have some of
their non-retractable belts with shoulder harness in my 1971 Midget. They
remind me of the belts that were in a 67 Midget I messed with in the past.
Same sort of "lift-the-buckle" construction. Specifically the ones I have
are at http://www.andoauto.com/non%20retractable_seat_belts.htm - this page
also has lapbelt only and (if anyone else is interested) pushbutton styles.
If you don't care for these poke around the site a bit - you'll probably
find something!
