I have piped up on this topic from time to time, but in general I like the
banter. As has been said we are a community. To each his own.

But on the side of the coin that all might want to remember.

The list gets a lot more chatty from about Nov to about March. I think the
majority of the list resides in the northern hemisphere (notice I did not
say North America or even America). Well from Nov to March much of the
northern hemisphere is resigned to weather most folks don't drive ragtops
in.

So instead of being able to get out and drive, or say "I was toodling down
the curvies and the doofadgit was startin' to woller around so I was
wondering if I could just stick some bubble gum in it, or if I should pull
it and soak it in cat piss for a day or so? The gum gets me on the road
today and there is a rally on Sat I don't want to miss."

These types of so-called tech questions will come up more when the north
gets back to that ol' fine drivin weather.

So hang around and take a chill pill. It'll be warm soon and the traffic
will slow down and get more technical. Because we all want the same thing. -
To drive he damn things!!!

PS the "Please remain on the Spridget Topic" comes up every winter and
generates more email than just about anything else.
