John,

Are you sure the cold is the reason it is not starting?  (My 74 Midget
starts even in excessively cold weather).

Are you getting fuel and spark?  If so, check the plugs - if they are
soaked with gas, (from all that cranking), put in new plugs and it
should start right up....
