Impossible unless you have over 200 bhp.
The point to remember about gearing is that it has very little to do with how
fast a car can go. The speed of a vehicle is determined by the power the
engine produces and the aerodynamic drag x frontal area of the vehicle.
The only time taller gearing will increase speed is where the vehicle reaches
top speed at the rpm limit of the engine and the rpm limit is reasonably
close to the point in the rev range maximum power is developed (eg race cam).
