I don't have a TV set let alone a video but what you are referring to is a
Military Tattoo (eg Edinburgh, the Royal Tournamount etc). I think they
scrapped them in the last round of defence cuts (not sure).
I haven't heard of a Mini being used (let alone the engine removed) but know
they did use reproduction antique canons and gun carriages - they have to
fire it at the end of the race.
Maybe Rob has heard of this? Failing that you might want to search 'Military
Tattoo, UK' or something.
Daniel1312 - saw the NEW mini today - not on sale yet so must have been some
kind of demonstrator or on test vehicle.
