No.  Because the air heats up as it is compressed,
your reading will be higher.  You can't use P2/P1, you
have to use compressible air equations - Pratio is
P1/V1 raised to the (K-1)/K, and all that.  

200 is high, though.  Your gauge is probably off, or
there's carbon in the head.
