Screw on an old 3/8 nut or not needed lugnut.
Smash it hard with a BIG hammer, remove the nut when it's semi loose, tap it
all the way out.
It will come right out.
there is a bit of a trick to sneaking the studs out from around all the
*stuff* like brakes and such but I have done it many times.

To insert the new stud, push it in the hole, screw on a nut, run it all the
way on. Sometimes a spacer make it easier.
Once they are all close, they will pull all theway on when you tighten up the
wheel.
Double nuts work good too.
