Isn't it the mini fan that pushes air instead of drawing air? Only time I
went to a British mechanic he was telling me how when these cars only
overheat at 20-30mph in the city constant speed, a mini fan is probably the
cause. And that's about all the useful information he gave me for $220 worth
of work :P
