Ann and or Bob,

A few possible suggestions.  Just in case it is not your connection.

1. Delete all temporary internet files.
2. Empty your history folder.
3. Defrag your hard drive(s).
4. Upgrade your Browser Software.
5. Get more memory.
Or barring the connection do what I need to do:
6. Throw out the old paperweight (Any computer more than 30 minutes old) and 
buy a new one.
7. If none of the above works, and a new connection still doesn't help, 
PEBKAC. ;-)
