Here is one on ebay. Auction goes off in 6 days. I don't know if it is long
enough.

Brake Adjusting Wrench for Square-head Rear Brake Shoe Adjusters. Made in
England and Finest Quality. Brand New and in Perfect Condition. Fits on: MGB,
 MG Midget, Austin Healey Sprite, Mini, and a bunch of other British Cars. Two
offset heads for easy adjusting for 1/4" and 5/16" square-head adjusters. Made
of
  Chrome Vander Steel for High Strength and even has a Very Nice Shiny Chrome
Plated Finish. Slim head for easy use in confined areas. Wrench is 6 inches
long.
