Got a buddy that is # 5 on the local list. He was told that if the local
dealer asks for a premium they should be reported to BMW. BMW is apparently
not allowing dealers to ask for a "get this now" pricing structure. The
local dealer is getting 20. He gets to pick from that 20. There are 4 others
that get to pick first. Then he gets the choice of the remaining 16 cars.

I'll wait til summer ;-)
