You have several good ideas about how to get the coons to move along within a 
month or so.  I like Frank's approach best, since I hadn't thought of baby 
coons.  You might consider putting the kittens (and mom) indoors until the 
coon is gone.  They normally don't stay in one place after the babies are old 
enough to forage for themselves.  By the way, hot dogs are expensive.  Dry 
dog food works fine but makes  a mess of the water dish.
