sphinx pump thread size

Hello fellow Spridget fans.

Could you please tell me what the inlet/outlet thread size is on the 
mechanical AC Sphinx Y-type petrol pump (BMC part # 17H98), as originally 
found on Sprite Mk1's and some Mk2's?

What bore size is the rigid petrol pipe used in those applications, 1/4" or 
5/16" ?
