Chuck,

Even though we haven't met yet, I'm proud of you and your determination 
to loose the weight. I've started to watch myself ore and eat right and 
I feel a lot better I can't see everyone loosing enough to hit the Drs 
target weights, or we'd all look like Don Knotts. Good luck with the 
final goal, and let us know when you hit the target.
