Congrats on dumping AOL. You have lessened you exposure to virii a bit. The
only way to significantly lessen your
exposure is to go to a Mac. I am not wanting to start over again with a
different system, so I just keep my antivirus
upgraded. There are many free programs out there to use, but always remember,
you get what you pay for. Not to say
that those you pay for can't be garbage as well, but I have had good luck with
Norton 2002, I keep it upgraded and so
far, no virus.
