Bill

7-10 lbs should do it. But I have had to go as high as 20 psi with 
DOT-5. No more than 20 psi or you will be spraying fluid everywhere.
What condition are the rubber brake hoses? Old hoses collapse and/or
swell shut. Really old hoses burst.
Is there a kinked line to the splitter?
Bleeder nipple open?
Something blocking the holes inside the master.
